Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical institute or university in electronics, electrical engineering, bioengineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of operational maintenance experience; radiotherapy equipment is desirable.
• Knowledge of microcomputers/PC-based systems and technical experience.
• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English sufficient for comprehension and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and support of Varian products to ensure operational readiness.
• Instructing clients on operation and maintenance of Varian products.
• Providing phone or remote support to clients and service engineers.
• Preparing spare parts lists and replenishing kits for warranty/contract clients.
• Advising clients on spare parts orders or service requests.
• Entering service visit data into company information systems.
• Completing regular reporting to ensure reliable statistics.
• Coordinating with the service coordinator and service assistant.
• Keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Maintaining safety knowledge per Varian regulations.
