Job summary

Vertiv Co. is seeking a service technician to maintain and repair Thermal Management products and other contracted systems. You will liaise with customers, sales managers, distributors, and scheduling teams to ensure timely service and quality outcomes.

You will work safely, follow company policies, and support the service team to meet 90% maintenance completion rates while delivering excellent customer service across Poland.

Qualifications

• Technical school background; mechanical engineering degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and principles.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a technically demanding role.
• English language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
• Perform work safely according to policy and standards.
• Maintain a minimum 90% maintenance completion rate.
• Update scheduling teams on changes to your schedule and progress of open jobs.
• Close tasks in VMFS and complete weekly paperwork accurately.
