Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization across the Veeam Data Platform. You’ll be the primary technical owner driving long-term customer outcomes, including DR/R simulations, resilience reporting, and migrations.

You’ll collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders, shape adoption roadmaps, and identify opportunities for expansion while maintaining strong executive-level communication and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Advanced level of English and German language.

Responsibilities

• Configure customer accounts and onboarding; customize backup policies and storage.
• Identify migration opportunities and align product adoption with business outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and build protection plans for DR/R.
• Run recovery simulations and report resilience metrics.
• Monitor churn signals and support renewal planning with technical insights.
• Engage stakeholders with clear risk and value updates.
