Job summary

Veeam seeks a Customer Success Engineer in Poland to own long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You will lead onboarding, adoption, recovery simulations, and quarterly resilience reporting, and support renewals with technical insights.

You’ll bring 5+ years in customer-facing engineering, English and German, VMCE certification, and hands-on experience with OS, virtualization, storage, scripting, cloud, and DRR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles.
• Advanced level of English and German.
• VMCE certification required.
• Hands-on expertise across OS, virtualization, storage, scripting, cloud platforms, and DRR.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and recovery simulations for customers.
• Conduct quarterly resilience reporting and DRR assessments.
• Identify churn risk and support renewal discussions with technical insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to align outcomes with product adoption.
• Build protection plans and advise on architectures across the Data Platform.
