• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Delivery Coordinator.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or technology environments.
• Solid understanding of web and cloud fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/TLS, networking).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Break initiatives down into clear work items for engineering teams
• Coordinate delivery, dependencies, blockers, and timelines across multiple teams
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, process materials, and architecture summaries
• Analyse current processes and technical environments, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Prepare impact assessments, options papers, and status updates for stakeholders

We're hiring: Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator

Hybrid: 6 days per month in the office

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator to join a global technology environment and support a platform team responsible for a large ecosystem of web and infrastructure services.

In this role, you will connect business stakeholders, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and application teams, turning business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable delivery plans.

What will you do?

• Gather, structure, and document requirements for platform and infrastructure changes
• Break initiatives down into clear work items for engineering teams
• Coordinate delivery, dependencies, blockers, and timelines across multiple teams
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, process materials, and architecture summaries
• Analyse current processes and technical environments, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Prepare impact assessments, options papers, and status updates for stakeholders
• Support demand management and help qualify and route incoming requests

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, or in a similar technology-focused role
• Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, or technology environments
• Good understanding of web and cloud fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/TLS, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, structured work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
• Knowledge of Azure, Akamai/CDN or web application security
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methods
• Experience with process mapping or lightweight architecture documentation
• BA or delivery certification, e.g. BCS, IIBA, AgilePM
