Job summary

Solid is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to gather and document platform and infrastructure requirements, translate business needs into actionable items for software teams, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams. You will maintain runbooks and architecture docs, assess impacts, and prepare governance materials.

The role requires strong communication in English and experience across cloud and web technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator or IT Business Analyst.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform or technology-focused environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured deliverables.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking fundamentals, DNS, HTTP/TLS, web technologies.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements related to platform, infrastructure and technology initiatives
• Translating business needs into clear, well-defined work items for engineering teams
• Coordinating delivery across multiple teams, identifying dependencies, risks and blockers early
• Maintaining and improving technical documentation, including runbooks, process documentation, onboarding materials and architecture overviews
• Analysing existing processes and technical solutions to identify improvement opportunities
• Preparing stakeholder materials, impact assessments, status updates and governance documentation
• Supporting demand management by qualifying incoming requests
• Working closely with engineers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, product stakeholders and delivery teams
