EY-Parthenon in Warsaw seeks an IT M&A Director to lead our Technology M&A team within Strategy & Transactions, driving end-to-end advisory for IT-related transactions across industries. You will develop new client opportunities, guide due diligence, Day 1 readiness, carve-out, and PMO integration for tech assets.

The role requires 8+ years in Technology M&A, strong client-facing consulting experience, and fluency in English and Polish, with a track record of leadership and delivering complex

• Technology M&A - related experience for 8+ years
• Strong client-facing consulting attitude and ability to operate in a professional services firm
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Act as a true team leader of EY-Parthenon Technology M&A team.
• Drive business development and establish relationships with key stakeholders across EY.
• Oversee IT M&A projects end-to-end from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Mentor Technology consultants and manage the team during projects.
