Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a technology strategy and transformation professional to advise clients on IT strategy, architecture, and enterprise intelligence. You’ll help design and deliver strategic technology solutions and transform IT operating models, while supporting engagement management and client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a global EY network, continuous learning, and opportunities to lead and shape technology programs across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 3–8 years’ experience in Big4, strategy consulting, or similar roles.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Awareness of latest tech trends, including AI adoption.
• ITIL and/or project management certifications (SCRUM, PMI, PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology strategy and transformation engagements (IT strategy, architecture, process design, program management).
• Advise on IT operating models and technologies (ServiceNow, Microsoft).
• Use data and technology to develop innovative client solutions.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement risks.
• Build strong client and internal relationships.
• Contribute to team development, recruiting, and knowledge sharing.
