Anonymous, a PE-backed ERP, finance, and HR software group operating across Poland and Romania, seeks a senior IT leader to own, modernize, and unify the internal corporate IT estate across all entities. The role entails building governance, running post-M&A IT workstreams, and overseeing cloud and on-prem infrastructure with a strong security posture.

Hybrid work model in Warsaw, with responsibility for GDPR compliance, vendor management, and a ~10-person IT team.

Qualifications

• Head of IT or IT Director level corporate IT operations experience.
• Owned an IT budget with measurable cost optimizations.
• Concrete post-M&A IT integration experience across multiple entities.
• Built IT policy, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in Poland and another CEE market, ideally Poland and Romania.

Responsibilities

• Define group IT strategy and governance across all entities.
• Lead post-M&A IT integration including identity/infrastructure consolidation.
• Own Azure/AWS estates, on-prem, networking, and IT backbone uptime.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relations, and licensing across the group.
• Oversee cybersecurity, GDPR, data governance, and DPO collaboration.
• Lead a ~10-person IT team, hiring and developing staff.
