Job summary

VitalAire Poland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor across the HR lifecycle in a global industrial setting. You will drive leadership development, talent management and organizational transformations while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong employee engagement.

Regular field presence in Poland and business travels are required; fluency in English and knowledge of Polish labor law are essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
5+ years HRBP experience in an industrial/global setting.
Willingness to travel within Poland.
Knowledge of Polish labor law and employment practices.
Fluency in English.
Experience with HR transformations.

Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders; act as consultant, sparring partner and coach.
Delivering a high-quality HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business.
Providing consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management.
Organizing career interviews, talent reviews and succession planning; monitor actions.
Partnering with BSC and CoE to ensure service delivery.
Supporting organizational transformations.
Facilitating a good work culture; drives employee engagement.
Ensuring legal compliance through HR processes.
