Job summary

Aviva plc is hiring for its Services Excellence Centre in Poland. The role seeks an experienced People Business Partner to partner with leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives, and shape an engaging employee experience within a high-performing, inclusive culture.

You will influence workforce planning, talent strategy, and transformation initiatives while using data and AI-enabled solutions to support decisions. Fluent Polish and professional English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR best practices.
• Ability to guide managers on people-related matters and decisions.
• Experience in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic people advice aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, development, and complex people matters.
• Lead employee relations cases and advise on employment law matters.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Drive change and transformation programmes across the business.
• Identify people-related risks and use data to inform decisions.
• Promote a positive employee experience and strong culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new HR technologies and AI solutions.
