You'll partner across Technology, Digital, Data, AI and Transformation to align people strategies with business goals, support organizational change, and attract, develop and retain critical tech talent within NN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Experience supporting organizational transformations and change management.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and employment practices.
• Fluent English in an international environment.
