Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw is seeking a Team Leader to join the Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center (EBSC). This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and focuses on leading a policy servicing team.

You will coordinate with clients, insurers and Marsh brokers across Europe, manage BAU work while driving mid- to long-term projects, and implement standardization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• People management experience including recruitment, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to balance BAU priorities with project delivery.
• Experience leading standardization/centralization or efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a policy servicing team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across deliverables.
• Manage BAU work while driving mid- to long-term projects and change initiatives.
• Coordinate communication with clients, insurers, and Marsh brokers from various European countries.
• Monitor the policy renewal process and related reports to inform proposals and summaries.
• Identify and implement standardization/centralization improvements to boost service quality.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
