Job summary

Abbott is seeking an experienced TAVI Sales Manager to join our Structural Heart Division in Poland. This field-based role focuses on driving clinical outcomes, mentoring sales teams, and building hospital partnerships to optimize patient flow and treatment scheduling.

The ideal candidate has extensive cardiology sales experience, a deep clinical orientation, and the ability to travel intensively across Poland while communicating in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related medical field.
• Minimum 8 years of Medical Clinical Support/Sales Experience.
• Background in invasive cardiology or cardiac surgery is a must.
• Hospital Account management experience.
• Strong sales skills and clinical orientation in cardiology.
• Willingness to travel intensively; very good command of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with centers to provide good clinical outcomes for the patients.
• Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.
• Calls primarily on specialists at hospitals or clinics or sells directly to the hospital or clinic where it is not large enough to be a key account.
• Facilitate communication among clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.
• Achieve financial and sales objectives; build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Adopt corporate marketing campaigns and initiate local ones; ensure compliance and timely submission of documents.
• Regularly report outcomes to the SH management team responsible for the region.
