Job summary

Abbott in Poland is seeking a Sales & Therapy Specialist SI and Cardiac Surgery to drive commercial growth in the South Poland region. You will partner with physicians, Cath Lab teams, and hospital stakeholders to implement Abbott’s Structural Intervention and Cardiac Surgery therapies and support patient outcomes.

You will provide clinical and technical support during procedures, identify new business opportunities, and help educate customers to foster therapy adoption while traveling

Qualifications

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Proven experience in Interventional Cardiology.
• Strong commercial and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Drive sales growth and expand market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and hospital accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and patient follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
• Support customer education initiatives and therapy adoption programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; ensure compliance.
