Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Target Operating Model and change management to join our client Wholesale workstream. You will support the implementation of operating models for the new ledger and reporting platforms, working with Finance, IT and Product Control teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

• Extensive experience in change management and target operating model in finance.
• Experience with large-scale banking systems implementation projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Target Operating Model by understanding and documenting end-to-end processes.
• Standardize processes by suggesting best practices and design.
• Ensure local alignment with global Finance programs and processes.
• Produce reporting/dashboards to report status, plans, risks and issues.
• Analyze processes and business specifications and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure processes, controls and architectures are aligned and simplified.
• Assist in designing Target Operating Model in Finance area.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Product Control to confirm data attributes and design solutions.
