Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Manager specialized in Payments to advise banks and financial institutions on complex payments challenges. You will help clients respond to evolving customer expectations and regulatory requirements across the payments ecosystem.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Payments, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance, supporting engagements from strategy to operating model transformation and regulatory change while expanding Capco's

Qualifications

• Significant payments experience in financial services or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of Polish and European payments landscape, products, and regulation.
• Understanding of PSD2/PSD3, PSR, and instant payments.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks and financial institutions on payments strategy, transformation and regulatory change.
• Lead advisory and transformation engagements across payments lifecycle (products, processes, operating models).
• Support clients with developments across European and Polish payments landscape and define roadmaps.
