Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead Manager to steer complex modern core banking transformation programs for financial services clients. You will lead delivery structures, manage dependencies, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and Capco colleagues to mobilize through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology transformation programs within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core banking transformation and data migration.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementations and transformations.
• Establish program governance, plans, milestones, dependencies and controls with clear progress visibility.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, testing, migration, operations and vendor teams for delivery alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide practical delivery recommendations.
• Contribute to Capco’s core banking capability growth by sharing lessons and reusable approaches.
