Job summary

Panda Drum is the world’s biggest steel tongue drum brand. Fully remote, ~40 people and climbing. You will own the entire hiring operation, from sourcing strategy to screening and offers, building a scalable machine that hires faster than competitors across Europe, LatAm, and Asia.

Your role starts by running the existing playbook and quickly transforming it with data-driven improvements, managing the first hires, and delivering a weekly pipeline health report.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running structured recruitment with hands-on sourcing and closing.
• Built or transformed a hiring process with demonstrable before/after.
• Placements that stayed: hires still in seat 12+ months later.
• ATS fluency and AI recruiting tools in daily workflow.
• Full CET working-hours overlap.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring operation: 5-10 concurrent pipelines in ATS.
• Develop sourcing strategy per role, including headhunting active A-players.
• Run structured first-round calls with scorecards, not vibes.
• Manage test task logistics, offer processes, reference checks.
• Direct the sourcing assistant under your direction.
• Prepare weekly hiring report and maintain a visible scoreboard with metrics.
