Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a German-speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our global RPO team. This full-remote role supports Germany, the UK, and the broader EMEA region, with responsibilities spanning niche sourcing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end candidate engagement.

You will partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors, navigate complex offers, and maintain candidate activity in Workday, while upholding Randstad Sourceright's standards of quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (native or business level).
• Proven recruitment or executive search experience, preferably in Life Sciences or niche corporate verticals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including direct headhunting and market mapping.
• Experience working with metrics and fast-paced environments, with independence.

Responsibilities

• Niche sourcing & pipeline building for senior, niche, and executive-level roles in biopharma.
• Strategic partnership with client Hiring Managers and internal Talent Advisors.
• End-to-end candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter and social channels; guide interview process to offer.
• Manage complex offer discussions within a flexible benefits package and maintain confidentiality.
• Represent Randstad Sourceright with high-quality candidate experience and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity tracking in the ATS (Workday).

We are seeking a German-Speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our dedicated RPO team supporting a multinational biopharmaceutical client. This is an exciting career opportunity to drive high-touch talent acquisition across Germany, the UK, and the broader EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Niche Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively headhunt and build pipelines for senior, niche, and executive-level candidates within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to client Hiring Managers and internal Talent Advisors, participating in joint intake calls and providing market mapping insights.
• End-to-End Candidate Engagement: Find suitable passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and advanced sourcing channels; screen, manage, and guide candidates through the interview process up to offer acceptance.
• Complex Offer Management: Guide candidates through the client's flexible benefits package and navigate high-level offer discussions with discretion and confidentiality.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the RSR recruiting organization and our client with resilience, high-quality candidate experience, and consistent stakeholder alignment.
• System Compliance: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate activity tracking within our ATS (Workday).

What We Look for in a Candidate

• Fluency: Top-notch communication skills in both German and English (native or business-fluent level).
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search preferably within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, or niche corporate verticals.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and resilience to partner with demanding, high-level business leaders.
• Sourcing Capability: Deep knowledge of direct headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
• Corporate Mindset: Experience working against quality metrics (e.g., CV-to-interview ratios) within a fast-paced environment, combined with independence and a self-starter attitude.
