Job summary

TechTree is seeking an Engineering Lead to head the Warsaw office of a fast-growing YC-backed startup modernising America's industrial supply chain. It is an on-site role in Warsaw with a base salary of $135K–$150K and equity, requiring strong leadership and hands-on technical skills.

You will lead a team of ~10 full-stack engineers, own hiring, delivery and code quality, and set the technical direction for an internationally deployed SaaS product while collaborating with founders and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams of ~10 people, ideally in Poland.
• Experience building and running internationally deployed SaaS.
• Fluent English and comfortable working with founders in their 20s.

Engineering Lead - Lead the Warsaw engineering office of a fast-growing YC startup modernising America's industrial supply chain. On-site, Warsaw.

Our client is a YC W25 company (top 5% growth in its batch) that has raised $10M+ from top-tier investors. It's building an AI-native platform that makes aerospace, electronics, industrial and defense supply-chain operations nearly autonomous, and already runs at 7-figure ARR with ~$50M a week transacting through the system.

You'll lead the Warsaw office: a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform customers quote and purchase on. You'll own hiring, delivery and code quality, still write code, and work directly with the founders, the SF team and customers.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience

• Experience building and running internationally deployed SaaS
• Fluent English and comfortable working for founders in their early twenties
• Bonus: Series A-C startup experience, client-facing work, time working outside Poland

What's on offer: $135K-$150K base salary plus 0.02%-0.05% equity, full-time on-site in Warsaw.
