Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and MS Office; recruitment marketing is a plus.
• Data-driven to analyze recruitment metrics and market data.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable with problem-solving mindset.
• Global and cultural awareness; multinational experience desirable.
• Fluent in French and English.
