Tasks & responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers to define recruitment strategies and candidate requirements.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Creating and publishing job advertisements.
• Screening applications and conducting competency-based interviews.
• Presenting shortlisted candidates and supporting hiring decisions.
• Managing offer preparation and negotiations.
• Ensuring a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting recruitment marketing activities and talent pipeline development.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

About our future employee

You should have min. 4 years of recruitment experience in a corporate agency, or RPO environment and have excellent command of English language (min. C1).
Additionally we are looking for:
