Задачи

• Lead the monitoring, management, and optimization of AI-related IT infrastructure and services;
• Own the intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure;
• Maintain the portfolio of AI agents and automations, including cost control, reliability, monitoring, and complex issue resolution;
• Build and maintain connectors for effective use of AI tools across the organization;
• Develop and implement IT operational processes for efficient operations and incident resolution;
• Support the transition of routine tasks to the Operations Center;
• Keep AI-related infrastructure and tools compliant with security policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
• Implement and maintain guardrails such as Azure Policies and Copilot Studio guidelines;
• Collaborate with business units and the AI Enablement team across business functions;
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex IT operational issues;
• Coach team members and drive improvements in IT operations;
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior IT operations specialists.

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in IT operations;
• Experience leading and managing IT infrastructure and services;
• Experience monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies;
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms;
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or API integration patterns;
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident management, availability, cost control, and service reliability;
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle management from intake and onboarding through monitoring and decommissioning;
• Experience working across security and compliance boundaries;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, business, and enablement teams;
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks and practical guardrail implementation;
• Nice to have: Experience connecting AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to enterprise systems.
