Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Junior (Associate) Resource Manager to join our EMEA operations. You will help plan staffing, coordinate consultants, and keep resource data current while working closely with delivery teams, Procurement, and external vendors.

In this role you’ll support hiring, onboarding, renewals, and simple staffing reports. A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong English communication are essential for success.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As a Junior (Associate) Resource Manager, you will support resource planning and staffing activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Resource Managers, delivery teams, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help coordinate consultant and contractor assignments, maintain resource data, and support workforce-related processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR


  • Support staffing requests and resource allocation activities across EMEA.

  • Assist with the administration of resource management processes.

  • Maintain resource planning data and consultant availability information.

  • Help identify suitable consultants based on skills, availability, and project needs.

  • Support contractor hiring, onboarding, extensions, and renewals.

  • Prepare simple staffing reports and management updates.

  • Manage team mailboxes, documentation, and administrative tasks.

  • Track action items and support process compliance and improvements.
