ERGO Technology & Services S.A. ищет Product Owner/Manager для управления жизненным циклом продуктов, связанных с SimCorp Dimension и учётом фондов по IFRS9 и HGB. Ваша задача — выстраивать дорожную карту вместе с бизнесом и вести коммуникацию с заказчиками.

Требуется опыт от 3 лет, владение бизнес-английским и сильные навыки планирования, анализа и управления проектами в финансовом секторах. Предусмотрены гибкие часы, возможность участия в обучении и CSR-активности.

Qualifications

• Требуется знание бизнес-английского.
• Университетская степень в соответствующей области.
• Опыт работы Product Owner / Product Manager не менее 3 лет.
• Опыт в управлении процессами учета активов и инвестиций.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с Business Product Owner в рамках общей модели ответственности.
• Управлять требованиями бизнеса и консультировать бизнес для реализации стратегии.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать части SimCorp Dimension, особенно учет фондов по IFRS9 и HGB.
• Владеть жизненным циклом сервиса, KPI, SLA, релизами и housekeeping.
• Планировать дорожную карту продукта в соответствии с архитектурой и безопасностью.

Задачи

• Collaborate with the Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities model
• Manage business requirements and consult the business to fulfill business strategy using market and technical innovation knowledge
• Develop, customize, and maintain SimCorp Dimension, especially in fund accounting under IFRS9 and HGB
• Own the full service life cycle for the products and services, including operational processes, KPIs, service levels, upgrades, releases, and housekeeping
• Plan and align the product roadmap with the business based on target architecture, including technical and security refactoring
• Initiate projects and implement change requests
• Plan and execute product releases and conduct sign-off procedures
• Ensure the secure and stable operation of the product in production, including vulnerability and disaster recovery testing
• Manage product costs and involved external staff, including procurement and provider management
• Engage MR standard ITSM processes for the services, including Incident, Problem, and Change, using ServiceNow
• Conduct quarterly SLA meetings and provide SLA reporting
• Monitor and analyze service quality and identify service optimization opportunities

Требования

• Fluency in business English
• University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, IT, or a similar field
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar position
• Familiarity with asset and investment management processes
• Customer orientation and strong customer communication skills
• Ability to present complex operational aspects and architectures clearly and precisely
• Familiarity with analytical and conceptual work involving complex application operation landscapes and architectures
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, development, and technical architecture
• Strong assertiveness, self-organized and proactive attitude
• Target orientation and willingness to learn
• Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Good mediation skills
• Nice to have: good command of business German, experience with back-office functionalities such as performance management, direct investments, Crystal Reports, SQL, and additional Asset Management applications
