Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruiting, creatively source talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a superior candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, write engaging postings, and build strong pipelines while advising Hiring Managers on strategy and market conditions. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and experience with Avature is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, in-house or RPO recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Confidentiality in handling HR data.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Meet with Hiring Managers to understand needs and define hiring profiles.
• Develop practical and creative sourcing strategies for each role.
• Write and publish engaging job advertisements across channels.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview stages; conduct interviews.
• Use Avature to manage recruitment activity and candidate data.
• Prepare and extend offers, support negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Promote internal mobility and employer branding activities.

Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, in- house or RPO recruitment, or a similar role Experience managing multiple vacancies or high-volume recruitment Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills A proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach The ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Confidence conducting interviews and supporting offer discussions and negotiations Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience An interest in Employer Branding and recruitment marketing Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) Confidentiality is essential, as you will be working with HR data Будет плюсом: Experience using an ATS; knowledge of Avature is an advantage
