Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) ищет инициативного и ориентированного на людей специалиста по Talent Acquisition & HR для нашей HR команды в Варшаве. Ваша роль — вести подбор персонала на полный цикл, сотрудничать с менеджерами и внешними партнёрами, а также развивать процессы адаптации и онбординга.

Ключевые задачи включают активный поиск кандидатов, участие в employer branding и развитие HR-систем, включая SuccessFactors и LMS.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 2 лет в найме или Talent Acquisition, предпочтительно полный цикл подбора
• Умение напрямую находить кандидатов и проводить активный поиск
• Сильные коммуникативные навыки и уверенность во взаимодействии с менеджерами по найму
• Умение параллельно вести несколько процессов найма и расстановки приоритетов
• Проактивный и ответственный подход к работе
• Отличная организация и внимание к деталям
• Уровень английского и польского — очень хороший
• Опыт с SuccessFactors или другими HR-системами является преимуществом

Responsibilities

• Управление процессами подбора от начала до конца
• Размещение вакансий и прямой поиск кандидатов
• Сотрудничество с Hiring Managers на протяжении всего процесса
• Координация сотрудничества с рекрутинговыми агентствами
• Обеспечение позитивного опыта кандидатов
• Координация пред-онборинга, Day 1 и подготовки к onboarding
• Будучи пользователем SuccessFactors для найма и onboarding
• Координация администрирования обучения через LMS
• Поддержка Employer Branding (LinkedIn, Career Page)
• Координация мероприятий по вовлечению сотрудников и офисных мероприятий
• Замещение отдельных HR-процессов по запросу

Описание: Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our HR team.

Задачи

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings and conduct direct sourcing.
• Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate cooperation with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Coordinate pre-boarding, Day 1 and onboarding activities.
• Act as SuccessFactors Key User for Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Coordinate learning administration through LMS.
• Support Employer Branding activities, including LinkedIn and Career Page.
• Coordinate selected employee engagement activities and office events.
• Act as a backup for selected HR Administration processes.

Требования

• Previous experience (min. 2 years) in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably including end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and proactive candidate search.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with Hiring Managers.
• Ability to manage several recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
• Interest in onboarding, employer branding and broader HR topics.
