We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant! This is a great starting point for someone who wants to develop in recruitment and see from the inside how talent acquisition works at one of the largest marketing groups in the world. In this role, you will learn the entire recruitment process, from publishing and promoting job ads, through searching for candidates and holding initial conversations, to recommending selected people to teams. You will learn to use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and have the opportunity to get involved in Employer Branding, onboarding, and university partnership projects.

• Supporting recruitment processes and gradually taking responsibility for them from beginning to end.
• Actively searching for the best candidates using various recruitment tools (job ads, direct search, building a network, internal referrals, and others).
• Holding initial conversations with candidates and recommending selected people for the next stages of recruitment.
• Contacting candidates at different stages of the process and ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience.
• Working with our recruitment system and keeping information about ongoing processes up to date.
• Working with recruiters and managers to carry out current recruitment processes.
• Preparing simple analyses and summaries of ongoing recruitment processes and the effectiveness of individual candidate sourcing channels.
• Getting involved in other Talent Acquisition team projects, including employer branding, university, and new employee onboarding initiatives.

• You can work full-time in a hybrid arrangement.
• You want to develop in Talent Acquisition and recruitment and gain practical experience managing recruitment processes.
• You have some initial experience related to recruitment, HR, or working with candidates, for example through an internship, placement, student organization, or first job.
• If you do not yet have much experience but are genuinely keen to learn about recruitment, we would also like to meet you.
• You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable talking to new people.
• You are well organized and can handle several things at once.
• You pay attention to detail while also being able to take a broader view of a task and look for solutions independently.
• You know English well enough to communicate freely and work with materials in English.

Employment based on a contract of mandate. Hybrid work; each team has a different schedule for in-office meetings. The main rule is to work from the office at least 8 days a month. Flexible expected start time between 8 and 10 a.m.
