Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who fluently speaks German and English to support recruitment initiatives across Europe. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines.
You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and deliver market insights to shape sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English required.
- Experience with active sourcing and talent mapping.
- Experience recruiting for technical/industrial roles is a plus.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills.
- Ability to work remotely in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support Europe.
- Identify and engage passive candidates and generate interest.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights on candidate availability.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
