As AgileOne continues to grow across EMEA, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Global Business Services (GBS) HR team on a 15-month maternity cover contract.
Working as part of our international HR team, you'll partner with hiring managers across the region to attract, engage, and hire great talent for our internal business functions. This role offers the opportunity to own the full recruitment lifecycle, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and play a key role in supporting AgileOne's continued growth.

Location: Kraków, Poland (hybrid)
Your responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA, from intake meetings and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build strong talent pipelines and proactively engage both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Source, assess, and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Create engaging job advertisements and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen AgileOne's presence in the talent market
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted ambassador for AgileOne throughout the hiring process
- Support the continued growth of the business by identifying and securing talent that aligns with our culture, values, and long-term objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to drive recruitment best practices and process improvements
- Help implement and embed new recruitment tools, systems, and technologies, supporting adoption across the business and contributing ideas to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Support onboarding activities and partner with the wider HR team on talent and people-related projects across the region
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners when required
Our requirements:
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding
- Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries, with an understanding of different markets, hiring practices, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract and engage both active and passive candidates across a variety of functions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, building trusted relationships and providing recruitment guidance and market insights
- A proactive and consultative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive recruitment outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies
- A passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to recruitment
- Experience supporting process improvements, recruitment projects, or the implementation of new recruitment tools and systems
- Fluency in English
- Nice to Have: Experience within an MSP, staffing, or international corporate environment
