EverService Holdings, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support entry-level to mid-level hiring across its brands. Under senior guidance, this role focuses on building foundational recruiting skills while contributing to talent acquisition goals.

You will assist the recruitment team with full-cycle hiring, stakeholder communication, and data analysis, blending relationship-building with organizational tasks to help grow the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Familiarity with Lever, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Responsabilités

• Interview coordination between candidates, hiring teams, and leadership.
• Candidate relationship management to provide regular updates and safeguard employer brand.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Lever) and track pipeline metrics.
