Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our fast-growing, remote recruiting function. You will own end-to-end hiring, build structured pipelines, coordinate with department leaders, and move roles from sourcing to offer acceptance in a high-velocity environment.

You bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, thrive in online marketing or education contexts, and are proficient with Boolean sourcing and ATS tools (e.g., Workable).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in online marketing or education environments preferred.
• Proficient in Boolean sourcing and ATS tools (e.g., Workable).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source & pipeline build across departments.
• Screening & first-touch calls with candidates.
• Interview coordination end-to-end.
• Assessment & scorecarding for fair evaluations.
• Offer management and closing with professional negotiations.
• Onboarding ownership for new hires.
• Candidate experience & communication throughout process.
• System building & process optimization of hiring workflows.
• Data & reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Market research & benchmarking on compensation and talent availability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with department leads and CEO.
