Job summary

Publicis Consultants Poland ищет специалиста по коммуникациям с опытом работы в PR/маркетинге для ведения проектов в туризме, технологиях и здравоохранении. Вы будете развивать медиа-отношения, готовить пресс-релизы и участвовать в привлечении клиентов.

Qualifications

• 2 года опыта в коммуникациях (PR/маркетинг).
• Опыт разработки коммуникационных стратегий и креативных концепций.
• Сильное чувство эстетики, внимательность к деталям.
• Умение писать профессионально и точно, «слово за слово».
• Опыт в коммуникациях в технологической, туристической и/или здравоохранительной сферах.
• Знание медиа-окружения, умение устанавливать контакты с журналистами.
• Опыт организации мероприятий для СМИ и потребителей.
• Очень хороший английский (устно и письменно).
• Проактивность и «can-do» attitude.
• Не бояться сложных и нестандартных проектов.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение повседневного обслуживания клиентов и реализация проектов в туризме, технологиях и здравоохранении в команде.
• Создание материалов коммуникаций, включая пресс-релизы и заметки.
• Контроль проектов с содержательной и операционной стороны.
• Установление и поддержание отношений с медиа в разных секторах.
• Участие в привлечении новых клиентов и творческом подходе.
• Участие в мероприятиях и акциях для клиентов.
• Подготовка презентаций, резюме и аналитических материалов, подготовка отчетов.

Publicis Consultants is a communications consultancy agency belonging to Publicis Groupe, the world's largest marketing communications group. The agency offers a full range of public relations services and provides comprehensive support at both strategic and operational levels. It specializes in corporate and product PR, runs CSR campaigns, and delivers integrated communications campaigns.

Задачи:

• You will provide day-to-day client service and deliver projects in tourism, technology and healthcare in collaboration with the team;
• You will create communications materials, including press releases and press notes;
• You will oversee projects from a substantive and operational perspective;
• You will build and maintain relationships with tourism, health, technology, business and general-interest media;
• You will take part in activities related to acquiring new clients, including on the creative side;
• You will take part in events and activities organized for clients;
• You will prepare presentations, summaries and analyses, and produce reports.

• You have 2 years of experience in communications (PR/marketing);
• You have practical experience in creating communications strategies and creative concepts;
• You have a very strong sense of aesthetics, attentiveness and attention to detail;
• You can write professionally and precisely, and have a so-called "way with words";
• You have experience in communications in technology, tourism and/or healthcare;
• You are familiar with the media and journalists, and know how to build relationships with them;
• You have experience organizing events for both the media and consumers;
• You have a very good command of English, both spoken and written;
• You have a proactive approach and a "can-do attitude";
• You are not afraid of challenges and non-standard projects.
