LiquidThread ищет начинающего UX/UI-дизайнера для разработки лендингов и писем на основе данных прошлых кампаний. Вы будете поддерживать дизайн и развитие индивидуальных пользовательских маршрутов в сервисах и продажах.

Вам потребуется начальный опыт в UI/UX, знание Figma и Photoshop, а также интерес к диджитал-маркетингу и UX в eCommerce. Гибридный формат работы и ориентир на клиентов помогут развитию ваших навыков.

Qualifications

• Базовые навыки UI/UX, умение планировать проекты и коммуницировать с клиентами.
• Опыт в UX-дизайне и знание D2C/eCommerce.
• Умение работать в многокомандной среде и адаптироваться к разным командам.

Responsibilities

• Создавать лендинги и письма на основе анализа прошлых кампаний.
• Разрабатывать решения для маршрутов клиента в сервисах и продажах.
• Проводить discover-фазы: UX-аудиты, анализ конкурентов, UJM и т.д.
• Исследовать тренды и искать решения в области новых технологий.
• Оптимизировать решения на основе A/B тестов и исследований пользователей.
• Сотрудничать с командой внедрения и обеспечивать качество и сроки проектов.

Join our team as a Junior UX/UI Designer!

Задачи:

• You will create landing pages and sales emails based on insights from previous campaigns.
• You will prepare solutions to support the design and development of individual customer journeys in service and sales processes.
• You will conduct discover-phase micro-projects - UX audits, competitor analysis, UJM, etc.
• You will research trends and look for solutions in the areas of new technologies.
• Together with the team, you will optimize the solutions developed based on insights from A/B tests and user research.
• You will work closely with the implementation team (project briefing and sign-off).
• You will ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.

Требования:

• You have initial experience in UI/UX.
• You are proficient in web design tools: Figma, Photoshop.
• You have knowledge of digital marketing, with a particular focus on eCommerce and UX.
• You can plan and coordinate projects.
• You can easily connect with clients and build long-term relationships with them.

• You can support UX optimization processes based on data and tests;
• You are proactive in looking for solutions and trends in digital marketing;

Условия:

Employment under an employment contract - the first contract is signed for a probationary period.
