Boehringer Ingelheim in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Tax Analyst to support global business partners in EMEA with CIT, WHT, VAT declarations and tax accounting obligations across multiple countries. You will gather, reconcile and validate data for tax filings, ensure timely and accurate returns, and collaborate with the Corporate Tax Function and other GBS teams.
A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in tax/finance are preferred, with strong Excel and SAP knowledge.
The position holder will accompany the BI global business partners in EMEA Region in their tax declaration obligations (e.g. CIT, WHT, VAT, Tax Accounting, etc.) and specific issues within the scope of the respective country responsibility. As a point of contact between different organizations within Global Business Services and Corporate Tax, the position holder will gather, reconcile and validate the data required for tax filings. Further, this person will be responsible for the preparation work of tax declarations for BI entities in multiple countries (e.g., advance returns, recapitulative statements, etc.).
You should be fluent in English and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm or a comparable position of an internationally operating company, preferably in a shared service setup.
