Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is seeking a Travel & Expense Specialist to manage processing and monitoring of expense reports, drive process improvements, and support innovative projects within GBS Center for European markets.

You will handle SAP Concur processing, support ServiceNow tickets and Genesys calls, train end users, and maintain internal process documentation, requiring English and German at least at B2 level and 2+ years in accounting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (min. B2).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably T&E or Accounts Payable.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor expense reports in SAP Concur in line with tax/legal and BI guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize T&E tasks to ensure compliance.
• Support T&E objectives and monitor proper execution of processes.
• Communicate with employees on T&E queries (ServiceNow) and handle calls (Genesys).
• Support end users through training, and create/update internal process documentation.
