Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is seeking a Travel & Expenses trainee to support process compliance, update documentation, and handle basic inquiries in Concur. You will work with senior team members to learn and contribute to KPI and SLA targets.

The role is ideal for a student in Finance/Accounting or related field, with strong English, Excel skills, and a proactive mindset. SAP knowledge is advantageous; training and development are provided.

Qualifications

Student status, preferred in Finance and Accounting, Economy, or a related field.
Experience gained in an international organisation (ideally shared services) would be an advantage
Knowledge of other SSC specific processes would be beneficial
Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge
Basic skills on MS Office applications, especially Excel
Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing
Additional language will be an advantage.
SAP knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supporting the team in ensuring process compliance with internal procedures and guidelines.
Assisting with updating process documentation (DPMs) under the guidance of senior team members.
Conducting initial checks in Concur.
Handling basic daily enquiries related to T&E operations.
Contributing to meeting departmental targets by working in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and sharing ideas to enhance process efficiency.
Collaborating with colleagues across the T&E function to support smooth service delivery.
Taking part in cleansing activities and projects.
Learning and developing knowledge in T&E.
Preparing simple regular and ad hoc reports as requested.
