Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional in Warsaw to own end-to-end incident management, monitor production health, and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines. You will work with developers and platform teams to ensure service stability and rapid recovery of issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or production support.
• End-to-end incident ownership from alert to RCA.
• 2+ years within ITIL framework (incident, problem, change).
• Experience in Agile delivery with development teams.
• Excellent English communication (C1).
• Proficiency with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own RCA process for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor service health and detect anomalies to prevent incidents.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automation for build/test/security.
• Ensure stability of Pre-Prod and Production environments.
• Document procedures and build a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with dev and platform teams to close prod-dev feedback loop.
