Job summary

TTMS Inc in Poland is seeking a skilled specialist to migrate data from legacy systems to a new contract lifecycle management application. You will manage data structures, set up secure storage, and integrate Docusign and Office tools, while coordinating SSO and security certificates.

You will support business teams through consultations, create processes and alerts, and handle multi-level IT tickets with vendor coordination. The role offers remote or hybrid work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with data migration in SAAS/PAAS environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures and integration tools.
• Familiarity with electronic signature and document workflows.
• Ability to support 1st-3rd line issues and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Migrate documents from legacy apps into a new CLM system.
• Create and use secure Box Storage for data transfer.
• Assist business analysts in data structure consultations.
• Develop processes, email alerts, and user accounts in the new app.
• Integrate Docusign with new/legacy apps and manage Docusign account.
• Coordinate SSO, certificate changes, and Word 365 plugin setup.
• Provide L1-L3 support tickets in ServiceNow for both apps; investigate bugs and run reports.
• Test the application and its integrations with other systems; train users.

Job description

• Migrating documents from legacy applications like Salesforce or G-drive into the new contract lifecycle management application, needed knowledge of data structure in SAAS and PAAS applications, familiarity with tools like Salesforce Inspector and Salesforce Data Loader
• Creation and using of the secure Box Storage for legacy application and connecting it to the new application, using connection for data transfer
• Helping the business analyst in the consultations with business teams about data structure in the new application
• Participating in consultations with business teams about creation of the processes in the new application
• Creating processes in the new application, creating email alerts and users
• Creating connection between Docusign and the new / legacy application, administering Docusign account for the application
• Coordination activities like: coordination of creation of the SSO connection for the new application; coordination of the change of SSO certificates for the new application; coordinating the setup of the plugin for Word 365 for the new application
• Taking care of level 1, 2 and 3 support tickets in service now for the new application and for the legacy application, solving tickets of level 3 that include taking data from the data base and turning it into reports, mass modifications of the records in legacy application, investigating bugs in workflows in the new app and in the legacy application

Testing the application, its business processes, and integrations with other enterprise systems, including electronic signature solutions and office productivity tools

• Escalating more difficult issues that demand development to vendor support; creating tickets to vendor support and coordinating the repair with vendor team
• Testing bug fixes performed by vendor in the new app and in the legacy application
• Participation in user trainings for new and for legacy application; creating training materials and tutorials for users
• The senior grade will also be taken into consideration

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
• Konwledge of SQL
• Ability to actively participate in discussions with the business team,
• Ability to find solutions to the needs of the business team,
• Ability to provide level 1, 2 and 3 support
