TTMS Inc is seeking a Product Manager to manage and prioritize the backlog, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs. You will define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and technical teams, and oversee the product lifecycle from development through deployment and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate change management activities, ensuring ITIL/ITSM processes, security standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of commercial experience in managing IT products.
- Experience with ITIL / ITSM, governance and change management.
- Understanding of identity management and security concepts.
- Familiar with APIs, data models and microservices concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow and modern collaboration tools.

- 5 years of commercial experience in managing IT products within a similar position.
- Frameworks & Governance: ITIL / ITSM (Incident/Request/Problem Management), System Risk Assessment (SRA) frameworks, Service Management and Agile (Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban).
- Change Management: Proven hands-on fluency in formal Change Management.
- Identity, Access & Security Tools: Understanding of the Corporate Identity Management concepts.
- Systems & Infrastructure: ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
