The role emphasizes eliminating manual processes, enhancing STP, and driving cost efficiency within a TOM-aligned framework.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions with a focus on AI-enabled enhancements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Multi-years experience in operational payments processes.
• Deep domain expertise in cross-border payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022 XML, ACH, Nostro, AML, Travel Rule.
• Thought leadership in AI within financial operations.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.
• Experience using Jira; Scrum/Kanban knowledge.
• Attention to detail in strategic documentation.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy for Ops UI adoption and roadmaps.
• Drive AI-driven efficiency across operations and workflows.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on the AI vision.
• Collaborate across LOBs to scale innovative solutions.
• Oversee governance forums and report progress to executives.
• Lead data integration for insights from logs, transactions, and metrics.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process optimization.
• Define operational requirements for new features.
• Develop metrics to quantify operational savings.
• Oversee test case validation and PVT planning with stakeholders.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch support.
