Qualifikationen

• 10+ years’ experience in payments, financial operations, decisioning, or transformation.
• Expertise in decision science, risk-based decisioning, and applied AI.
• Experience defining AI governance and control frameworks.

• Own the AI and agentic decisioning strategy for PMI Operations.
• Define the AI autonomy framework, including autonomy levels and override rules.
• Translate business priorities into the AI roadmap and decisioning rules.
• Shape the AI-enabled digital self-service strategy and customer routing.
• Benchmark AI against human decisioning to calibrate autonomy.
• Collaborate with Talent and Global L&D on workforce readiness and adoption.
