• Ability to translate complex topics into clear executive recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation with AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI and agentic decisioning strategy across PMI Operations, across regions and functions.
• Define the AI autonomy framework including levels, thresholds, and escalation rules.
• Turn operational judgment into decisioning logic with clear rules and roadmaps.
• Shape AI-enabled digital self-service strategy to improve customer outcomes and retention.
• Define value realization, track revenue and efficiency impact, and drive scalable solutions.
• Benchmark AI against human decisioning to guide autonomy expansion or tightening.
• Champion responsible AI with governance, bias monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Define blended human-AI operating model and workforce readiness in partnership with Talent.
