This is a business leadership role focused on strategy and operating models, not code, requiring 10+ years in payments or financial operations, expertise in decision science and governance. The role is hybrid with three days on-site in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI and agentic decisioning strategy across PMI Operations.
• Define autonomy framework, thresholds, and escalation rules.
• Shape the AI-enabled digital self-service strategy and routing.
• Govern safety, bias monitoring, and audit readiness for AI decisions.
• Partner with Talent and Global L&D on workforce readiness.
