Job summary

Personal Consulting Agency seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst – Cards & Payments to lead end-to-end business and IT analysis within card transformation initiatives. You will gather and manage requirements, perform AS-IS/TO-BE analyses, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT BA experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience gathering, analysing and managing requirements.
• Knowledge of business process modelling, AS-IS/TO-BE, gap analysis and impact assessment.
• Experience on complex IT transformation projects with multiple systems.
• Understanding of SDLC, traceability and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Strong communication with international teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and IT analysis within complex card transformation projects.
• Gather, analyse, document, and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform AS-IS / TO-BE analyses, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Facilitate workshops with business, architects, developers, testers and vendors.
• Ensure traceability and alignment with objectives, architecture, and regulatory standards.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, defect analysis, and migrations.
• Identify dependencies and risks, proposing solutions.
• Apply Generative AI tools to support analysis and documentation.
