CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Business Process Transformation to act as a strategic partner driving high-impact AI transformation initiatives across accounting and finance.

You will lead with hands-on project management to improve process performance and enable scalable operating models. This role sits in the Business Transformation Office, supporting automation, including Agentic AI at scale and right sourcing strategies, with a focus on delivering measurable efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and document complex business processes and data flows.
• Deep understanding of financial principles and terminology.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps and rollout plans with leadership alignment.
• Identify and secure resources to deliver projects leveraging Agentic AI platform.
• Redesign processes with AI, test and validate releases.
• Drive user adoption and define success metrics for initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder updates and run process review workshops.
• Coordinate with partners on new controls and AI literacy training.
• Design process metrics and SLAs within the Agentic AI platform.
• Manage issue resolution during hypercare and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients and platform teams for alignment.
• Ensure project cost control and savings realization.
