Job summary

Array Marketing Group is seeking a Sustainability/ESG specialist to oversee environmental compliance for Poland operations, collect and analyze ESG data, and support related reporting to strengthen performance.

You will monitor Polish and EU requirements, support sustainability initiatives, and coordinate audits and improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sustainability or related field.
• Polish and English proficiency required.
• Experience in a production–sales company is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external clients under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance activities for Array’s Poland operations, including required reporting and environmental obligations.
• Collect, analyze and maintain environmental and ESG data and support related reporting and performance tracking.
• Monitor Polish and EU environmental requirements and support implementation of compliance controls.
• Support sustainability initiatives aimed at improving resource efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
• Coordinate ESG audits, assessments, certifications and related improvement actions.
• Support the development and implementation of ESG policies, procedures and management systems.
• Conduct and support supplier sustainability assessments and due diligence activities.
• Support internal and external sustainability reporting and customer sustainability requirements.
• Provide sustainability expertise, guidance and training to employees and cross-functional teams.
• Promote sustainability awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability or a related field.
• Experience in a production-sales company will be an additional asset.
• Ability to cooperate with internal and external clients.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative, commitment, proactivity, and responsibility.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under time pressure.
