Zusammenfassung

Array Marketing is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to manage environmental compliance for its Poland operations and coordinate ESG activities across the business. The role requires strong Polish and English skills, and 3–5 years of experience in sustainability.

You will collect ESG data, support reporting, and drive initiatives to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability or a related field.
• Experience in a production-sales company is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible and results-driven under time pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage environmental compliance activities for Array’s Poland operations, including reporting and obligations.
• Collect, analyze and maintain environmental and ESG data for reporting and performance tracking.
• Monitor Polish and EU environmental requirements and support compliance controls.
• Support sustainability initiatives to improve resource efficiency and reduce impact.
• Coordinate ESG audits, assessments, certifications and related improvement actions.
• Develop and implement ESG policies, procedures and management systems.
• Conduct supplier sustainability assessments and due diligence.
• Support internal and external sustainability reporting and customer requirements.
• Provide sustainability guidance to employees and cross-functional teams.
• Promote sustainability awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
