Job summary

Smith Nephew in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Scheduler and Delivery Specialist to connect commercial and supply chain operations. You will coordinate loan and consignment sets for hospital surgeries and guide the team with strong logistics knowledge.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, significant logistics experience, and fluency in English and German. SAP experience and a hybrid work model are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in logistics, supply chain or related area.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure surgical instruments and implant sets are delivered on time.
• Manage loan bookings and match equipment to surgery requirements.
• Proactively resolve issues affecting deliveries or schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections of loan kits, including urgent requests and demos.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and report issues.
